My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean and safe, with a lovely view. However, I did notice a slight lingering smell of smoke, possibly from a previous smoking room. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice and polite staff. The location was convenient, with great options for local tap houses, food, and shopping. The dining experience was good overall, although there were a few aspects that could have been better. I found the facilities to be satisfactory, meeting my needs during my stay.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, right downtown and close to many restaurants and clubs, making it perfect for exploring Rapid City. However, the state of the room was not up to par, with some equipment issues like a broken safety clip on one of the machines. Despite the drawbacks, the overall value for the price was decent.

The service here was above and beyond. The staff went out of their way to pick me up for free when there was no shuttle available at the airport. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a great spot downtown, just steps away from top-rated dining and shopping in Rapid City. It's perfect for anyone wanting to explore downtown and the Hills area. The location couldn't be better.

The dining experience was average with a very basic hot breakfast buffet. However, they did have an omelet bar and fresh fruit included, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was filling but not exceptional.
